Maximum embroidery size for custom caps is 4.2" w x 2.1" and visors is 4.2" w x 1.1". Maximum letter size 2". The smallest letters that can be embroidered is .25" high.

Custom Logos

There is no set-up charge when you choose from our library of embroidery-ready logos. Converting your custom logo into embroidery-ready form requires our graphics department to turn your logo in stitches. Set-up charges apply for custom logos.
