Processing is 2-3 days for FastTrack orders and 5-days for other orders. Based on inventory availability. If inventory is unavailable a customer service representative will contact you.

Shipping & Transit Options

Our normal production processing turn-around time for custom embroidered or printed items is 4-6 days (unless otherwise noted) after logo approval. Shipping time depends on your destination. We ship by UPS and USPS. Most of our orders ships from Cheshire, CT or Chicago, IL. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier.

International Shipments

We do ship to International and APO/AE addresses via United States Postal Service (USPS). You will be emailed if additional funds are needed to cover International shipping charges. Fees reflect freight only, any duty or custom fees are buyer's responsibility. We do not ship to International PO boxes or 2-Day Air via UPS to Canada. Free shipping promotions NOT applicable on international orders.
